For the discerning second-home buyer or investor, the dual-dwelling design opens the door to flexible living arrangements or income-generating potential, a configuration increasingly coveted in today's Key West market. This is more than a home -- it is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to establish a family legacy on one of Key West's most coveted golf course settings. Here, generations will gather beneath the verandas, celebrate over long tables set for twelve, and watch the sun set over the 17th green. This is Key West living, reimagined for the modern family -- and passed down for generations to come.
